Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

Customer Satisfaction is paramount at Natel Neutratec- we therefore follow a 7 day return policy to keep a SMILE on your face.

We take product quality and service very seriously. We endeavour to make the customer completely satisfied with his or her purchase, however returns are sometimes necessary and we acknowledge that. Therefore we have a 7 day return policy.

Before accepting delivery of the product/s, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our support at +919925226043 (10 a.m. to 5.30 pm Monday to Saturday on all working days except national holidays) mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. If you have accepted the delivery, and then realized that the package is damaged, please feel free to get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving the package.

Product with seal or cap open will not be accepted back, as we ensure maximum quality control on the same.

We reassure you peace of mind by allowing you to return your product within 7 days of purchase. In such cases we will either refund you or replace it as the case may be without any hassles. You will have to do the following :

As soon as you find the product defective or damaged please get in touch with our customer care at [email protected] or call/ WhatsApp us at +919925226043 (10 a.m. to 5.30 pm Monday to Saturday on all working days except national holidays) and notify us of the nature of your complaint. You may have to send us an image/ snap of the damaged product if necessary for us to raise a claim at our end with shipping agency.

After you contact us for a return, you will receive a response explaining the process. You will have to ensure that the product is returned with the original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices. Please ensure that product is strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to products during transit

  • Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item through our courier partners. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through a third-party courier service and we will bear the courier costs.
  • Please bear in mind that we will refund/compensate/reimburse you after receipt of return item within 7 working days through following option.

Send your replacements (wherever applicable) subject to availability of the particular product.

Refund the payment for the value of the product either by Cheque or electronic fund transfer to registered customer’s bank account. Refund of return shipping charges (Charges paid by the user for sending the products to us) will be limited to Rs 100 or 10% of product cost, whichever is lower

  • If the customer is returning the product for any reasons other than damaged or defective product, he/she will bear the cost of couriering the product back to us in original condition

Delivery :

We have tied up with reputed service providers, India Post to ensure that your shipment is delivered safely, securely and within stipulated timelines. Shipment delivery times are usually between 4 – 7 working days, however far-flung regions in the north east and rural hinterland areas in some states make take more time for delivery due to logistical issues. Also some states follow procedural issues like submission of Sales Tax forms that may cause additional delays and charges (additional state levies applied locally to be borne by the customer). For International dispatches, please note that deliveries may sometime be delayed due to Customs checking; clearances. In certain countries like Sweden, Spain, Denmark Greece etc. customers may have to do additional formalities in their countries to get parcels cleared. All this is the responsibility of the customer and we are not liable for the same.

Cancellation :

We understand that you, the customer may at times have a second thought on your purchase or may have accidentally ordered the wrong item. No Fret!! You may cancel your order within 6 Hours (if your order is placed between 12 a.m. – 12 p.m.) or within 1 hour (if order is placed between 12 p.m. – 6 p.m.). We will cancel your order and refund you the full money (if payment is made by electronic transfer). In case you make the cancellation request after the stipulated time (in which case the courier might have picked your item for delivery) we will be constrained to refund you minus the shipping charges (both to and fro).

International Customers :

All International orders will be have to be paid in US dollar denominated rates indicated on the website. Outside India customers using Indian Credit Card/Debit cards or other payment methods for orders to be shipped outside India will have to pay dollar equivalent of the cart value OR check out using Razorpay option.

All International orders are shipped through reliable and reputed service providers. We take extra care in packaging and ensuring all documentation in order so that you receive your order quickly and safely. Within 2-3 days of placing order you will receive a mail containing the dispatch details with AWB # and a tracking link where you can monitor the progress of your consignment. In case of damage or delay in transit we escalate or follow-up with courier. In some countries, medicines are not allowed and we have disabled the shipping options to those countries.

Please note that customs clearances is beyond our control and need compliance from you as per your country regulations. In the event of custom hold up, you are required to submit necessary documents as required by authorities and we will help you with documentation that we can provide at our end. Some documents like identity proof, cause etc. has to be provided by you. In the event parcel is rejected and sent back we will not be liable for the same and therefore no claim or refund will be entertained.
